I do stuff like that sometimes, this past Monday night, I didn't get in from work until around 9pm and I hadn't really eaten much all day. I wasn't all THAT hungry at 9pm but somehow my mind decided it would be a good idea to eat something since my body DID need food and since I hadn't really had anything that day...and then my mind decided I was craving a taco, so I got TWO just in case.

Seriously...what in the WORLD was I THINKING?!?! I was up all night with not only a massive stomach ache but also with the big D. Not that I haven't already been having D every night for days but it was now coupled with a taco stomach ache.

Diagnosed in October, 2004 at age 33.

Yep, I think we all can tell of a time or two when a craving won out over our senses. I hope you feel better soon and that its a long long time before the next craving strikes!

Oh how I miss popcorn! Everytime I smell it and say to my daughter, "Oh that smells so good!" She turns to me and says, "Oh no, Mom. You are NOT eating popcorn!" So wise! And, so supportive! One day, I will try it again, if I ever get close enough to remission!

Yea, I did that once but my weakness is Cheetos. I ate a hand full with a Dr. Pepper for dinner and boy was I paying for it all night long with diarrhea and vomiting. Needless to say, that killed my Cheetos craving....for good.  skull

yup--I had 2 candy bars this week. Not good. Cravings are so hard! The last time, it was ruffles chips. I wish that food that might hurt me would taste bad or cut my tongue before it went down so I could spit it out.

My gosh, we have all done this. What's wrong with us? Seriously, an alarm should sound and when we start thinking about foods that will hurt us it should zap us to run the other way. I LOVE POPCORN!!!!!!!! IT DOESN"T LOVE ME!
