I have been breaking out what the derm says is hives but I don't think that they are. I get these blisters on my face, all around my neck and behind my ears. I also sometimes get them on my chest. The itch and burn. Some pop up and then disappear within an hour or two but most stay around. Some are filled with fluid and pus. Steroid creams don't help and neither do allergy pills. I am at my wits end. They itch like crazy and I look like a monster. This has been going on for months. The cleared up for a while when I had a tan but are now back with a vengence. Any ideas?

B/c they disappear they do sound like hives. Has your derm. doc tested for impetigo? Might be worth him/her popping one of those and sending sample out. Good luck!!
