I have had crohn's for 11 years.  I have dealt with many up and downs.  The worst being misdiagnosed to start with.  However with that behind me, I have been on remicade for 4 years and have been doing well.  I have now developed headaches, ear pain, and fullness in the ear.  After MRI and hearing test, ear specialists said there was enchanced contrast on the MRI in the right auditory canal and a slight hearing loss.  He ruled out an acoustic neuroma (thank you lord).  He seems to think that it could possibly be Ramsay Hunt Syndrome.  Ok.....what the heck!  I have never heard of such a thing, but it does exist. How strange that I could possibly end up with not one but two strange illnesses.  Anyone heard of it, know of someone with it, can tell me anything?

Oh dear, tmlindsey, I'm sorry you've had to deal with this.

I haven't heard of RMS, but I'm giving this post a bump so someone else might see it. I hope someone will be able to give you some answers soon. Have you tried Googling the syndrome?

I.
