This silly strep throat has really got a hold. Saw the doc yesterday, after 10 days of antibiotics....
She swabbed my throat again, as it's still looking yucky..

Also found large amounts of blood and protein & blood in my urine, while this is not too unusual
for me, the amounts were rather high. She's sending a sample to rule out a UTI, but with the back
ache I've been getting, I'm wondering if I'm getting ready to deliver a nice stone.

I think I'm gonna start collecting them, shine them up, and make necklace LOL.....

Hi Vicky sounds like quite a idea the necklace .I know healing takes longer sometimes for us which can be quite annoying at times. Hope you get the urine looking better.Cain't help your back thing I just got off the pred. and mine has been a little bothersome but getting better in time for the rest of my body to start aching. I've been painting the cupboards and it seems they are going on forever.Get better soon. lol gail

Hi Gail, I'm still blaming Humira for not healing as quick. I've been sick for over 2 weeks now with this throat. That's put
me very late for my shot....BUT I don't think I'm in any great hurry for it anyway.

As far as the backache, I usually have real low back pain, even my bottom hurts to sit on it, but this pain is higher, so that
makes me think it's possibly kidneys.

Thanks for getting back to me, apart from your back, I bet you're pleased to be off pred LOL.
