Just wondering what doc I should call tomorrow. I had went to the er the other night cause I couldn't swallow. I have thrush, so I am taking the meds for that now. I have had 3 remicade treatments and am on 40mgs of pred down from 60mgs. I feel so wore out, sleepy, my heart feels like it's racing. I have no get up and go at all. Since I started the remicade the doc has never ordered any blood work. Just wondering what doc to call.....my crohns doc? and does anyone know what would be making me feel this way?

I would call your GI dr.  The thrush shouldn't cause you pain when swallowing, it's an unfortunate side effect of the prenisone but you could have some ulcers under the thrush if you are in that much pain.

I would call your GI dr and explain your symptoms and he/she can at least be aware of what is going on and maybe adjust your dose.  Prednisone has horrible side effects, feeling very lethargic on the outside but your body is racing on the inside.

Good luck!!

Definiately call your GI doctor. When I was on Remicade, I had blood work before I started and every 6 weeks. You need to make sure they are following you, even if you need to remind them, that's okay. Don't ignore symptoms. When I had pain in swallowing it was my GERD coming on, which is common with Crohn's. But that doesn't mean you having the same, so get it checked out. Thrush isn't fun either sorry your going through so much,. Take care of yourself, wishing you health.
