I get low-grade temps when my Crohn's is bad. This happens on or off steroids. But, usually if I am bad enough to get the fevers, I am on steroids. I also get bad night sweats, but that does not seem related to the temps.
My doc said not to worry about the low grade fevers so long as I stay under 101. Of course to me 101 sounds too high. I call if I am consistently above 100.
