I know there have been a lot of posts on here about how to lose weight and I too have been trying to lose some of my steriod weight and so I thought I would share what I have found that has worked...atleast for now. I've been walking 2 miles on the treadmil for a while now and have seen very few results. Lately though, I've tried increase the grade(?not sure if that's what you call it, but its like what makes you feel like you are walking up a hill). I've had really good results! I can feel it in my tummy almost immeadeatly after I'm done. I do it in spurts, walk really high for 3 minutes then back down and so on and so on. Just thought I would let you all know that I've found some success!
