Some people are like Slinkies... Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

If we would read the secret history of our enemies,we would find in each mans life sorrow and suffering enough to disarm all hostility.

Thanks for thinking of me i'm alright. I do have a little erythema nodosum going on right now. I called my gi today and he's going to put me back on pred for a little while.I've had this once before and had to take a few remicade treatments, but i'm willing to give the pred a chance and maybe it will help with some of the joint issues i'm having also. I hope you all are feeling well take care.KAY

Throwing out the rope and already tied the knot on the end. Holding on to it with all my might just for you. Love Ya!!!!!
We can respond to irritation with a smile instead of scowl, or by giving warm praise instead of icy indifference. By our being understanding instead of abrupt, others, in turn, may decide to hold on a little longer rather than to give way. Love, patience, and meekness can be just as contagious as rudeness and crudeness.
