I was diagnosed with mild cardiomyopathy last year. I'm now on heart medicine to lower my heart rate because I have tachycardia. The meds helped strengthen my heart.

The bad thing is that I am on steroids again and I'm a little concerned how this will affect my heart. I'm almost convinced prednisone caused my heart problems.

Are you on meds for the cardiomyopathy?

Navy, I've been having some "heart" problems of late. I had to wear a 24 hr monitor, the results of that will be on Friday.
These bloody awful feeling of skipped beats & fluttering, and sometimes pressure, I'm sometimes ready to call 911.

Could you elaborate on cardiomyopathy a little please?

Hey Navy . . . so sorry you are having heart issues. Sounds scary.

I can't edit my sig properly in Firefox. If have to open Internet Explorer to get it right.

Blessings!
