I have a question for anyone out there.  Di I need to take a probiotic if I'm not having any D or pain?  My stomach is okay right now, and most of my crohns problems are rectal.  So does a probiotic help when your in a semi-remission?

Yes it does...it never hurts to take a probiotic daily and indefinitely remission or not...probiotics simply are good bacteria that help keep the gut flora balanced and us IBDers tend to have bacterial over-growth which is why a good probiotic daily and indefinitely is essential.

My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it!  LOL  :)
