I am very new to this and need advice please. I am in UK and it takes months to get diagnosis and help. My appointment for histology results isnt until June so officially not diagnosed. My knee and elbow joints flared and severe stomach pains were followed by 2 days of really bad D. The pain has eased off now but still there, i am afraid to eat again, what do you do. What is the best way to help myself without meds.

I hope you feel better soon. I would try liquid diet for a week. Don't eat any solids to rest your stomach.
Hope it helps

I agree that maybe going on a liquid diet for a bit might help you out. It will allow your bowels to rest and heal. Sure hope you getting feeling better soon.

When people say liquid diet, does this mean to drink Boost and Ensure, or do you mean to puree real food?

I'm just thinking that Boost has alot of sugar, which I try to avoid...
