I'm failing to find some of the Ingrid's (from Norway) recent posts.
Can some one help me please? Also I'm not able to find the treat reg. Pennstate trial.
Is there a problem or it's just something going on with my computer?

It is possible that they were deleted by Admin or one of the mods. We felt that some recent posts violated the forum rule prohibiting advocacy of medical causes, and have been editing / deleting.

Hope this helps.

Advocacy of medical causes? whoa...this is unfortunate sad

Chachka, if you want to email me (by clicking on the little envelope under my name to the left), I can put you directly in touch with her. I know she'd be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Thank you for the information.

Could you please refer me to the rules that she violated, so everybody else will pay closer attention to their posts? Personally I'm very disappointed by the decision of removing Ingrid's posts from the forum. At least some of her posts could be removed (but I can't think of even one that violets the rules) but not every one of them, not the whole treat. I tried to find her in the members list and failed as well. Was she banned from the forum all together? What for? For discussing LDN?

I had a conversation with my son's GI regarding this medication and he is willing to learn about it to have a better understanding on how it works and if it will be beneficial for a child. I was hoping to find here some information that I thought is worth looking at but didn't saved and now it's gone.

I understand that just few people care about it but even if few can get relief with something that is known in the medical field but not well advertised is worth discussing.

Any way, here is my point – to me people on this forum look very polite and open to discuss different methods of therapies for their illness and I disagree with the decision of removing Ingrid's posts. But it's just me, a member with 13 posts in 2 years (magic number :-)).

The decision to remove those accounts was less to do with Ingrid and more to do with the policy of removing posts from any members whose accounts have been locked.

On HW we have a rule (#10) against promoting advocacy of personal and medical causes. You can find the rules by clicking on the link on the right-hand side of your screen.

There is no rule against discussing LDN :-). Advocacy, however, is not allowed. And there were some other long-standing issues which I'm not able to discuss here.

Chacka, I understand that you feel sad about Ingrid's departure, but I would ask that you (and others) don't ask why she was removed from the forum. It's not fair to Ingrid to discuss her when she's not here, and it detracts from the supportive community we try to create at HW.

We understand that you're upset and we've noted your objections but please, no more posts on the issue. If you have any other questions, you are very welcome to email the mods or the site administrator at admin@healingwell.com

Sincerely,

Ivy.
