Hey guys,
I am just wondering, does there have to be a certain time interval in between taking prednisone and different vitamins?  I've started taking puritan's pride bee propolis, and drinking george's roadrunner aloe vera, but is there a good time to take them. ALso I heard glutamine is really good to take, but I'm not certain about the dosage...If you guys are taking bee propolis, how much so you take of it?  As far as aloe goes, there are 2 prevalent brands that are supposed to be the best, 1) George's aloe vera  2) Lily of the desert whole leaf aloe vera gel.  Did you guys have any experiences with either one of these brands? Thanks :)

I think you should check with your doctor and pharmacist before taking any vitamins and supplements. Some interfere with the workings of other meds; some run through the same 'pathways' as the other meds and can overload your liver.

I thought I posted earlier on this thread, wonder where it went???

Anyways, I take 2 bee propolis, 500mg from puritans pride, 2 times/day, one with supper along with my B12 and omegas 3-6-9 and one before bed along with my fibre supplement and omegas 3-6-9...taking a good probiotic is a must for sure...I use primadophilus reuteri made by natures way.

Don't try too many things all at one time or you won't know what's helping and what's not and what is helping with what.

:)
My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it!  LOL  :)
