that is a rotten feeling! the day i left for my vacation i woke up with a bladder infection!! i was determined i wasn't going to miss my vacation, we go camping every year in may and there is usually about 30 of us that go. so on my drive i had to stop off at the doctors to do a urine culture and picked up my meds a few towns over from where i was camping.

i do hope you feel well enough to go! take care :)

:-)  many thanks for all your kind wishes was pit back on a short term dose of steroids doctor thought it was safer than to be sorry dont fancy spending a day or more in an egyptian hospital although i hear they are outstanding when it comes to medical care!counting down the days now i received my flight ticketss today! :-)
Then when i return on the 19/7 wont have long to wait until my daughter has her 1st baby which is a girl her names going to be called danielle! :-) !she could not wait to find out the sex so we payed for her to have a 4d scan how things have changed in the baby department! :-) .
So all in all things are looking good for me right now hope everyone else is doing as well as can be expected with this debilitating disease!

Hope you have the best time ever. I would take the short course of steroids too.

Can't wait to hear when you get back about your new granddaughter's arrival. Congrats to all!

Glad to hear the trip is back on! If at all possible, don't let Crohn's keep you home from trips. I almost did that last month, for a trip I had a few weeks ago. Decided I just wasn't well enough, and was going stay home. But I'm sooooo glad that I didn't. I felt great the whole trip, and had a blast. I think the vacation did wonders for my health too actually! Have a great time!
