eyes  Two nights ago I spent a horrible 2 hours on the bowl - I feel like I have to go so badly ... so I sit there and begin to pray that it will come out - because I have been through this before when the constipation started to get bad...

its been about 6 months that I have not gone through this : I had started having intermittet  D and being able to move my bowels normally even at times ;  I learned through a very horrible time of over a year of not being able to go to not let myself go past 3 days ...at that point I would do a Fleet just get it out ....

I recently started the Cade again ... 2 treatments so far - and I am losing hair like crazy ..
I have D for about 3 days AFTER the cade and now this terrible painful attempted BM ... I even had to stop and try to get some fleet into me - but that didn't work either !

I feel like its right there ...and push and cry and pray ...but nothing ...except leakage

then all of a sudden ... I pushed with all my might...already being weak and so afraid of the pain ...when finally it let loose...but NOT loose....formed ... and 3 days worth !!

Does anyone at all experience this ? Have you found out why or what causes it ?
as for the hair loss ...love my gi ..but he could care less about that ! Makes me so upset !

thanks

I have to take stool softners every single night or I am miserable. I can't even wait 3 days. If I don't go for one day, the day after that I am crying with pain trying to go. Those help me to stay regular.

As for the hairloss I know alot of folks are taking an additional Folic Acid supplement to help slow the hairloss down.

i have D every time i go unless i purposely wait and hold it for over 2 days. then and only then will i have a solid stool.

sounds like ive got the opposite problem that you have. i'd kill for a solid stool on a regular basis. the D i have mutliple times a day, every day, really is NO fun.

Have you tried putting linseed (flax) in your diet Misterie ? You need to make sure that you drink enough water to go with it - I usually cook mine into my food which takes care of that problem - but it will usually have a dramatic effect on, ahem... "soothing" the effort, if you know what I mean ! yeah Not to mention, it seems to solidify D and soften C.
eyes Turn up at your GI's with a couple of handfuls of hair - take some from the barbers, who cares ? - maybe when you put it on his desk he will get the idea. Particularly if he has to keep picking hairs off paperwork all day ! :devil
nono Of course, he might be bald, in which case it is envy.
Don't assume anything from my screen name now, but I feel for you with the hair loss thing ! yeah
