Weird... I'm still having diarrhea (again, just in consistency, not frequency)... Not taking the antibiotic anymore... been a few days...

But anyway... Woke up this morning and went to the bathroom... And I had really dark green diarrhea... No brown at all. It was the strangest thing I had ever seen... //@.@\\'... I had some celery yesterday. Is that it, you think?

Wow I never eat celery, it is very stringy and hard to digest. However I do put it in soups or speggetti sauce, by chopping it up, and by the time I eat it, it is almost mush. My guess is yes!

Aww man... I really like celery. :(

I have had the same thing.  Where my stool is dark green.   But I hadn't eaten anything green the day before.  Does it mean something?

Yeah me too and it does have cellulose which is good for the digestive track but a no no for digestion. Maybe try steamed celery cut small???? I do that with all my veggies, especially carrots. The say our diet should not consist of veggies underground.  Love my potatoes, haha.

What aout black? Have you eaten anything black....like black frosting? My duaghter's poop was green, and black frosting is the only I can think of that would have caused it.....she hates veggies, so it definitly wasn't anything like that.

I'm not active so there is no way I could be pregnant.  That means there has got to be some other reason why my bowels are sometimes green.

I had been having dark green to black stools a few weeks ago and my GI tested for blood and found none. She said that there were a lot of things that could cause the color change and none were anything to worry about.

... Err... *Just went to the bathroom again today... and there was some green, some brown... and... some blood...*

I've never really been too concerned about blood in my stool... I always dismiss it as hemmorroids...

That's what it is, right? Not something else? //@.@\\'...

Whenever I drink my Strawberry/Watermelon gatorade which is pinkish, I always have the lovliest green poops.  Go figure.  I wouldn't worry so much about the color.  Things we eat or drink can easily change the color of our poop.  Celey, if I were you I would avoid the raw veggies at this point until you get this flare under control.  Maybe try steaming them some first to make them easier to digest.  You should also keep a food diary to help you remember the foods that bother you.  Good luck!
