I have been out of entocort and imuran for about 7days.  I plan to go pick up tomorrow.  However, I have ben an emotional rollercoaster.  Crying at the "drop of a hat".  Is this normal when I haven't taken meds. in about a week?  I have been on them for about 3 years.

You might want to check with your doctor about dosage for getting back on. Some of these drugs have a "best way" to ramp up and taper off . . . . That is likely why you are on an emotional roller coaster. Pharmacist might be a help too.

Keep us posted.

Blessings!

Entocort is a steroid that needs to be weaned just like Prednisone. So more than likely that is causing your emotional distress. I agree with AlwaysRosie, you need to talk to your doctor before getting back on the meds.
