How interesting! I am sure that someone will write it up in a journal because I think that is the longest lapse between infusions I have ever heard about. Hoping that there are no reactions in your future!

Just about a year ago, I ran into a girl who was restarting Remicade. Her lapse was about 4 or 5 years. She had her rectum and most of her colon removed and was trying to beat this flare.

GL! I just got bumped to 10mg/kg. I'm in the hospital on steroids and other meds alongside it as I was worse then I thought I was...

Why the long lapse between infusions, Randy? It's not because of your insurance, is it? I'd think that if anyone needed all the medicine available, it'd be you.

oh no ivy, not problem with insurance.. goodness no.. i just did not require it once i had most of the guts removed. this is my first "new" fistula in 8 years. i had the real bad one on my abdomen for 4 years but got it surgically fixed about 4 years ago. wow has it been that long? . (for newbies , see photos of that operation on my website) we are just gonna see if it works for this one.
