someone has suggested that I try xango juice for my crones, it is a fruit juice made from mangosteen fruit. But I am wary of any "wonder fix", any thoughts anyone?

A few people I know take this and all have positive experiences with it. One lady has ibs and feels great on it, it really helps with her crampy D. Her husband who was in a car accident and is now wheelchair bound, he also takes it and has never suffered a bladder infection since being on this. My girlfriend, who has crohn's she has recovered from an ostomy reversal, and has taken this juice for about a year now, along with proper diet and she feels great. But everyone's situation is so different, as we all know too well.

I think its one of those things that you don't really have much to lose to try it in moderation and see how your body reacts. It definitely would never be a quick fix, but it is apparantly full of vitamins and anti-oxidants. I have tasted it and it is very yummy. Here in Canada it is about $40 a bottle.
