I'm tired, foggy and groggy today so am going to take everything in small increments, on the assumption that starting jobs will bring me closer to finishing them one day...

Basic chores - shower (yawn), 15 minutes gardening, do dishes, make bed, spend 15 minutes tidying. I also want to catch up on the laundry. Fortunately, I don't have to do the ironing, because I did it a few days ago.

Mental health - 15 minutes of study, read (or flick through) the newspaper, and phone someone.

Medical - at least 15 minutes of exercise, stretching x3, and stay on track with meds.

Brownie points if I do some more pricing, dust the back room (which hasn't been done in ages) and vacuum / wash the floor I didn't do yesterday (ditto).

I rather suspect that I'll be spending most of today outside, though, sitting in the sun and reading...

Hope everyone has a good day,

Ivy *yawn*

Sorry to hear you are feeling YUK today Ivy, hope the outdoors lifts you out of the fog.
Today, I have to take my mother to the Motor registry, which will always be a long wait - eek - I am not eating till after we get home so I dont have to go while Im stuck out for goodness knows how long.
PM I will do some walking and play Monopoly with my son (I finally found the game in the cupboard I cleaned out yesterday!)
Have a good day everyone
PS What are you studying Ivy?

Oh, Jo, what a pain having to go to the RTA. Grr. It's tough, too, that the dd won't let you eat 'til you get home. I hope you get through the morning ok, without feeling too exhausted.

Amazing what we find when we clean out cupboards! (That'd be a fun OT thread, wouldn't it?)

Study - will tell you more in a letter, if you remind me. Sadly, though, I haven't been doing much this year due to bereavement and fog.

Ivy, I am sorry you are not feeling so well today. I hope it gets better soon.
I worked all day today, and paid my quarterly taxes-major accomplishment for me.
I seem not to have accomplished anything else.

So tomorrow:
Billing (at least 15 minutes)
Dishes-load dishwasher
Work all day
Longer walk with dog

I don't work friday so I will save the rest of the chores for then.

Summer is over so I go back to work tomorrow. I'm not as excited as I normally am to start a new school year because I have not had a good month. I know I can't eat when I'm like this. Do you ever have those days when you wake up and you know if you put anything in your mouth you will be sick? I've had a month of those days. Our principal is having lunch catered for us tomorrow and I won't be able to eat. All my friends are use to me not eating and thankfully it doesn't bother them to eat in front of me. I'm just tired of people asking me if I'm okay. I know they haven't seen in a while so I'll get a flood of those questions. Lately when someone asks me how I am I just break down. So, my goal tomorrow is to make it through my first full day of work. Wish me luck!
