Hello, Yesterday my tummy started growling and there was like a cramp/pain on my side. Few hours later I started throwing up,this lasted for about 6 hours . Today I feel like I was hit by a truck and still feel a bit sick, but nothing like yesterday. I didn't eat anything different then I haven't eaten before,(as about 2 months ago I had the same thing but know that I ate something I should not have)but have been under a lot of stress. Am I having a relapse or is it stress? Thank You for your help. Hope you are all staying well.

I think it could be a combination of maybe the stress and possibly maybe you got a bug. I know when I am really stressed or worried about something I will get so sick and puke and have D really bad. Now I take Xanax when I feel the stress building and it stops all those symptoms in there tracks. If it lasts longer than a week or if you develop more pain and start vomiting again I would definetly call your doctor. (((HUGS))) hope you get feeling better.
