HAS ANYBODY EXPERIENCED CRAMPING OR A SPASM BETWEEN THEIR FINGERS OR TOES IN HOT HUMID WEATHER. OCCASIONALLY OUT OF NOWHERE IT HAPPENS WHERE IN BETWEEN MY FINGERS OR TOES THEY CRAMP UP. IT CAN BE
PAINFUL AT TIMES.

HAS ANYBODY HEARD OF THIS BEING A SIDE EFFECT OF CROHNS?

Could you possibly be dehydrated? I personally have never had that happen in between my fingers but have had the cramps in my feet and legs due to dehydration.

Also, can you please use lower case letters. When you use all caps it's like your yelling at people online.

Hi, and welcome to the site. I dont understand the ,,between fingers part.. Are your hands or feet cramping? Leg and feet cramps can be a sign of poor circulation. Muscle cramps can be a sign of dehydration. That is something we have to watch because of the many visits to the bathroom. Low potassium levels can cause loss of muscle control that feels like spasms. I think you may need to talk to your doc..
If we would read the secret history of our enemies,we would find in each mans life sorrow and suffering enough to disarm all hostility.
