I love watching the Olympics.  As a kid I used to dream of spinning through the air as a gymnast or diver, or flying around icy turns on a bobsled or luge.  As an adult, I know I'll never be an Olympian.  (Although I can still fantasize!)

I am, however, a Crohlympian.  My sports are marathon napping and the 50 yard dash (to the bathroom).  What are yours?

lends a whole new definition to Squat thrusts!!!! Ooooo bad school gym flashback here

Can we get dance music and maybe a ribbon to spin around while we do contortions to look at fistulas, abcesses and other tushy issues?
Dx'd '90 (emergency rupture), symptoms ignored long before that, '03 fistulas and bad flagyl reactions, B12 weekly, Pentasa [until I surrender to the bigger meds]
I'm riding on the escalator of life....

Is sleeping a sport in the Crohlympics?  If so, go ahead and give me the gold.  I'm fast (to fall asleep) and I have stamina (in staying asleep).

Timed event:  Hallway Hurdles; leaping over cats standing in your way as you dash to the bathroom frantically loosening your pants and hoping for a clean sit-down experience when you reach your desitination.
I have the ability of single-minded determination and accurate project focu....Hey, look, a cat!

Crohn's and UC are pretty darn crappy, but if you can't laugh at yourself, you'll cry.
I'd much rather laugh.
2001 Dx'd with UC.  No remission.  5/2008 surgery, removal of 6" of left side colon.  Dx changed to Crohn's.  Remission for 8-9wks after surgery, symptoms returning after resuming 6MP.

How about a 10,000 metre run, but to qualify you have to have a hemoglobin below 10? That would be fun to watch!
Dx'ed in 1999. No surgeries.

Current meds: 75 mg 6MP. 10mg prednisone (trying to taper). Udo's Choice Probiotics (30 billion).

The toilet , shot put
The long dump
The hop, skip and poop
Also, in lieu of olympic gold,,,,olympic roll,,,, toilet paper that is.
If we would read the secret history of our enemies,we would find in each mans life sorrow and suffering enough to disarm all hostility.

Okay-I can do 12 pills in one swallow.

Vaulting, over the person sitting in front of you in the movie theater when the aisle are too crowded to get through on the way to the bathroom.

okay, this stuff is too funny. I needed some humor today.

I have to agree with the longest "pee outta your butt" and the fastest of what I just ate will come out in about 15 to 20 minutes! Keep the laughs coming!
