Today's Sunday, so I want to make this a mind/ body / spirit day.

Mind - Do some meditation / deep relaxation. Start reading the fat, "improving", non-fiction book I got at the library this week. Get in contact with someone, either by phone or writing.
Body - Give myself a face mask (done). Give myself a pedicure. Exercise. Stretching x3 (maybe do a stretching video). Try to cut sugar intake.
Spirit - Do church at home. Put aside some time to have some one-on-one, quality time with God. Read a bit more of my theology book, which I'm working through, one Sunday at a time.

Basic chores - make bed (almost done), do dishes (done), shower (done). No gardening because it's so bleak.
Sunday jobs - finish cleaning the kitchen. Do the paperwork, which I was supposed to do yesterday and didn't. Tidy my bedroom and the lounge-room.
And - get ready for my appointments this week. Maybe put a few things in the car so I can do errands on my way to those appts.
Also - keep drinking water and lemon & ginger tea, because I'm still fighting off that virus.

Hope everyone has a good day,

Ivy.

Well, this thread is supposed to be about accountability-so I need to start holding myself accountable. I keep posting about working etc which I know I am going to do even if I have to drag myself to work half dead.
What I am not doing (and haven't been posting for the last week) is eating.
So, tomorrow I will do better-I am supposed to eat 1600 calories per day (according to my rhuemy) so I will do that tomorrow.
One area of clutter needs to be disolved.
Laundry, so I have clothes for work.
Watch sports most of the day.

I agree with you sjkly... work is a givin for me too! I need to add things on here besides that.

I'm so proud of you ivy, posting your pacting everyday. I need to put that as a daily goal... write my pacting!

My Sunday pacting is also going to focus on mind/body/spirit. I'm going to attend church in the morning, do some stretching excercies, call 3 friends (I've neglected my friends a bit due to being SO depressed), prayer time and a nap ( I have to be well rested to get through the week you know :-) )

It's hard to put reading as a daily pacting cause I already do that everyday!

Good luck ivy and sjkly on your Sunday pacting!

My sunday pact was to start on my clerkship applications. I fixed up the resume and emailed the lawyers for recomendations. Next its emailing professors and doing some cover letters. I reviewed some on campus interviewing for other firms too. I like the one I'm at but I don't have anything in writing for a perm. offer so I want to keep my options open.
26 Year old married female law student (last year!!). Diagnosed w/ CD 4 years ago, IBS for over 10 years before that, which was probably the CD. I am sort of lactose intollerant too but can handle anything cultured and do well w/ lactose pills and lactaid. For crohns I am currently on Pentasa 4 pills/4x day and hysociamine prn. I also have bad acid reflux and have been on PPI's since age 13. I have been through prilosec, prevacid, and nexium. Currently I am on Protonix in the morning and Zantac at night. I also take a birth control pill to allow some fun in my life.
