Thanks ahead of time for any input. I just got my 5th remicade this morning at 8am-got home about 1pm. I feel like I was hot by a truck. My head hurts so bad, and my neck is so sore. I don't get any pre-meds, I have never had any trouble until now. Anyone else feel this way?
 Thank you all.

why don't you get any pre-meds. Sounds like you are having a small reaction and from my experiences they only increase with each treatment.

hi, i get the same issue after my infusions. and more. really, you should get some premeds. i take tylenol, claritin, and zantac. some benedryl wouldn't hurt either after you get home so you don't fall asleep driving home. the severe headaches and neckaches that i get can last a day or two. good luck and i hope you feel better!

cheers
