Feeling tired and lethargic and foggy again.

Basic chores - do dishes (almost done), make bed, shower. 6x5 minutes tidying. 15 minutes gardening.
Wednesday chores - sweep / vacuum and wash as many floors as I have energy for.
Crohn's & fibro care - go to appts, exercise, stretching x 3. Stay on track with my meds.
Mental health - meditate (done), pray. Read some non-fiction. Add a page to a letter I'm writing. Bonus points if I phone someone.

Continue blitzing errands on my way to and from the appointment.

And - do some paperwork so I can do some extra errandds down the street. Bonus points if I do 15 minutes pricing. More bonus points if I do some embroidery or some craft. Oh, and watch the gymnastics roll and try to decrease sugar consumption.

Gosh, I'm tired. I wonder if it will ever get better...

My pacting has gone out the window today as Ive been called into work early.
So I will try and survive work and as I leave it will be peak hour traffic, so will try and stem the roid rage from sitting in the motorway "carpark" by listening to the Olypmics on the radio.
I have already prepared tonights dinner so I only need to reheat when I get home.
Ivy - The pred is still working, but I will have to taper at some stage soon. Sorry you are feeling tired and that your hips are'nt right yet. I never thought about the other option for Sam, cant really talk like that with her at the moment, Im trying to be her rock as I slowly watch her crumble :(.
Sj - Funny how the pred is working for Tucker, he and I are in the same boat at the moment - pred assisted.
Have a great Wednesday everyone
Jo

And I was curious, too, to see that it's making him want to urinate more often. That's one thing that always surprises me with the high doses of pred - I call it the pred piddles :-).

I'm so sorry to hear that Sam is crumbling. I don't blame her, but it seems really unfair that she's being put under so much pressure.

Good luck at work today.

Yes, the pred munchies and the pred piddles are dominant in my house right now-Tucker is so food obsessed that I can't get him to settle down for a minute.
Well, today I did it! I ate the calories I am supposed to eat and its only 8:30-we had a luncheon at work and someone made brownies so after eating some healthy stuff I ate two brownies. (Okay not the BEST way to eat my calories but the only thing that has worked all week).
At work today one of my clients had a behavior problem which resulted in me and one of the staff I am training standing in the hallway pretending to be archetectural features (blank walls) for over two hours. I have an automatic exemption from all chores and decluttering efforts for the rest of the day and a conditional pass for tomorrow too-if my knee objects to the extra work today then I do nothing tomorrow other than work-(and I might sneak some prednisone if I need it-then I might be fighting Tucker for his food bowl).

If my knee is not bothering me tomorrow then I need to decluter one surface-nothing else required but I can clean my bathroom if I feel good.

Today I need rest more than anything. There was a train accident by my house this morning and the hovering traffic copters kept me from sleeping. Between naps"

- Yoga (15 minutes done, but should finish the DVD before bed)
- Walk to the library
- Pick up a few groceries
- Spot clean the bathroom
- Water my plants
- email a few people
- eat some form of fruit/vegs

Hope Weds is going well for the rest of you

Hey, sjkly, that's awesome that you ate all your calories yesterday. Congratulations!

I hope your knee isn't hurting too much.

How was work, Jo?

Inflamed and April, did you get your errands done? And how were you afterwards? I don't know about you, but I find them very tiring.

Ivy, The knee is boggy but not too bad which means I am not expecting myself to do house work but not suffering either. Not doing so badly on eating today either-so far everything has been healthy but I need to eat 900 more-but, haven't had dinner yet.

With a little help I did alright on my list. Hubby got the groceries and then he did work on the floors. That inspired me to get up and do the bathrooms. He also walked with me to the library. Oh, and it rained so that made the plants much easier, I only had to focus on the indoor ones. I guess if i get in a fruit smoothie I am pretty close to finishing my list.

Ivy, you're right, errands are tiring. Thankfully I got an assist there.
