Feeling tired and lethargic and foggy again.
Basic chores - do dishes (almost done), make bed, shower. 6x5 minutes tidying. 15 minutes gardening.
Wednesday chores - sweep / vacuum and wash as many floors as I have energy for.
Crohn's & fibro care - go to appts, exercise, stretching x 3. Stay on track with my meds.
Mental health - meditate (done), pray. Read some non-fiction. Add a page to a letter I'm writing. Bonus points if I phone someone.
Continue blitzing errands on my way to and from the appointment.
And - do some paperwork so I can do some extra errandds down the street. Bonus points if I do 15 minutes pricing. More bonus points if I do some embroidery or some craft. Oh, and watch the gymnastics
and try to decrease sugar consumption.
Gosh, I'm tired. I wonder if it will ever get better...
