Being nice to myself because I'm having a hard day.

* basic chores - make bed, do dishes, shower, get house tidy, 15 minutes gardening
* Monday's chores - clean toilet and bathroom, and finish the little bit of the kitchen left over from yesterday
* Crohn's & fibro care - exercise, stretching x 3, stay on track with meds.
* Mental health - go to discussion group at church OR phone someone OR add to the letter I'm writing.

Bonus points for doing errands and getting some groceries.

Ivy.

Horse in/out on grass, dependent upon rainy weather.
Sweep and Swiffer hardwood floors.
Clear the kitchen table.
Finish Hubby's laundry.
Get to town to mail three quilts to person who will market them at her booth at a County Fair.
Pick up an Rx for Hubby at the Pharmacy while I'm in town.

I hope I'm okay to get into town w/ no problems to get those two errands done tomorrow.

Crohn's and UC are pretty darn crappy, but if you can't laugh at yourself, you'll cry.
I'd much rather laugh.
2001 Dx'd with UC.  No remission.  5/2008 surgery, removal of 6" of left side colon.  Dx changed to Crohn's.  Remission for 8-9wks after surgery, symptoms returning after resuming 6MP.

Did not much of anything today-even slept for three hours in the middle of the afternoon. So tomorrow I need to be a bit more ambitious.
I work tomorrow-with this infection that may be all-I am feeling better but seem to have little energy-getting sick while on immune suppresents is not fun.
If energy left start my billing nothing else is critical.

Like SJ, I didn't get to much today. Got out of the house to see a movie, that's about it. I need to do more Monday:

- walk
- clean floors
- yoga
- read
- walk to library
- get out of the house (but not go shopping)

Have a good week everyone.

That should do it for the day!
