Still feeling delicate, so I'm taking it gently.

* basic chores - shower, make bed, do dishes, **get the house tidy**, 15 minutes gardening (if it stops raining)
* Tuesday chores - dust. Clean the toilet, because I was too tired to do it yesterday.
* Crohn's and fibro care - exercise, stretching x 3, stay on track with meds.

And - Make special soup for lunch. Make Christmas presents.

Bonus points - write a letter; ring someone; walk up street and post letters.

Ta, Jo; it's a combination of grief & last week's travelling that's making me feel horrible. Today's another sad anniversary :-(

I love your description of "basics" - it sounds like you're doing heaps to me!! How did your training go?

My 7 pm update - I've done all the basic chores and most of the tidying and dusting, as well as a load of washing. I haven't cleaned the toilet yet, though, and may end up leaving it for another day. In the afternoon I went for a really long walk by the ocean and coming, back, surveyed the front garden from the footpath and was surprised to discover that it's actually starting to look tidy and inviting! So, slowly but surely, I seem to be making progress...

I also made that soup for lunch, and it was INCREDIBLE - easily one of the nicest soups I've ever eaten.

April, good luck with your Tuesday pacts. What sort of bracelet are you making? (And is it my imagination, or are you following my housework schedule? LOL).

If I suddenly disappear, it's because I'm having server problems. According to my server, I'm not connected to the internet???? How am I here, then????

Boggled,

Ivy.

Well, I'm still here and running out of things to pact. Pretty much anything that keeps me busy will work (I miss the olympics).

- load of laundry
- clean the bathroom
- read outside (it's a lovely day)
- walk
- nap, nap, nap
- recheck hospital bag
- ignore all phone calls from people asking where baby is

Ivy-- what kind of soup did you make?

hj, isn't it frustrating when people keep ringing like that? It's nice that they care, but I think they forget that you need to rest too :-)

The soup was chicken, root vegetables and vermicelli, cooked with saffron, a cinnamon stick and a tiny pinch of paprika. Once it's finished cooking you mix in two egg yolks, some lemon juice and a lot of fresh parsley and coriander. It was amazing - so, so good.

Good luck today,

Ivy.

ivy- I'm making a Ohio State Buckeye bracelet for football season but I make all kinds!  As for the cleaning schedule... I must read yours and think... I need to do that to... cause I didn't even notice I was doing it! Sorry! :-)

I didn't even get my kitchen done yesterday SO I'll be doing that tonight along with the bathroom!
