Alternate standing and sitting, because I'm really sore and achy today.
* Basic chores - make bed, do dishes, tidy, 15 minutes gardening.
* Thursday chores - change towels, do ironing and mending. Bonus points for washing the towels - am waiting to see what the weather does first.
* Crohn's and fibro care - exercise, stretching x3, stay on track with meds.
* and - cook something (soup? savoury mince? muffins?) because I want to restock the freezer while I have a bit of energy. Do as much cleaning as I can, giving first priority to the toilet.
* Bonus points - go swimming... which I can do because I got hair off the legs last night
