Alternate standing and sitting, because I'm really sore and achy today.

* Basic chores - make bed, do dishes, tidy, 15 minutes gardening.
* Thursday chores - change towels, do ironing and mending. Bonus points for washing the towels - am waiting to see what the weather does first.
* Crohn's and fibro care - exercise, stretching x3, stay on track with meds.
* and - cook something (soup? savoury mince? muffins?) because I want to restock the freezer while I have a bit of energy. Do as much cleaning as I can, giving first priority to the toilet.
* devotions

* Bonus points - go swimming... which I can do because I got hair off the legs last night :-)

Thursday,
I need to work then drive home, go to the bank, load my car-hopefully remembering everything I need and then drive to virginia so we can leave for Dover first thing friday.
I will be spending the whole weekend with my family in Dover so not much pacting and I may not be checking in often.
Have a great weekend everyone.

Oops I forgot-talk to my doctor-this combo of meds is not good.

Thursday:

HAVE BABY! (the induction begins at 8:00 am Central Time).

Thank you all for your support. I would not have gotten through the last three weeks when I was off work, mourning my grandmother, and waiting for baby without this daily pacting.

I hope you have a wonderful rest of the week and weekend!

Thursday pacting:
basic chores plus
vacuuming
clean bathroom
organise a bag of 'shut me ups' for my son, for the car trip tomorrow
organise what everyone is wearing tomorrow as we are setting off early.
Tomorrow is my daughters parade day, all the family are coming - Ill be the blubbering mess!
Ivy - You sound better today - you have an awful lot you are doing! The Gastro suggested Imodium for the D but will have to wait to take that on a 'free' day as I dont know what to expect from it and dont want to be out/at work if it gives me grief.
Sj - Glad to hear the antibiotics gave your sinuses relief, sorry to hear you had to take the dreaded pred though. Have a great time with your family.
HJ - Hope your appt. went well.
Will probably miss pacting tomorrow but will try to check in later in the evening.
Have a great day everyone

Hj-good luck with the little one.

Ivy-Dover-Deleware-its only about a two hour drive from my mom's house in Virginia and it's where she bought her retirement home-she spends every weekend there.
I love it there its so peaceful and no chores-we don't even cook they have all these wonderful resteraunts. And this weekend my pregnant younger sister is going to be there too so everything will move at a pace I can keep up with.

It's a beautiful day today, and I decided to see if I could push through the joint pain instead of sitting at home or going for a swim. I ended up walking nearly 5km by the waterfront - it took ages because I sat down on most of the benches I passed, but I did it and feel good, if tired, for the airing. So... it looks like I can do things as long as I pace myself and keep resting.

Have also done the ironing, some pricing and letter writing, and all the basic chores except a bit of tidying.

sj, Dover sounds wonderful. I hope you have a great time and come home feeling rested and healthy. You've had a lot to contend with this week. Is it on a lake, or the ocean, or a river, or in the mountains, or what?

Jo, how wonderful that Sam's about to graduate! What a relief to know that the training is DONE and OVER and that *knocks wood* nothing can go wrong now. Travel safely. I heard you're going to have bad weather up there, so I hope it doesn't rain on the parade.

I'll be cheering from down here.
