They still dont know what is wrong with me, I cant see gastroenterologist till October. Pains dont go away in my abdomen, there since January. When my joints flare up, my gums start to bleed, and i get a period bleed, joint pain and inflammation has now moved into my wrists, knuckles and fingers.
Is this familiar to anyone.
Thank you

Have you had bloodwork done? What are your Platelet counts? Are you taking any medications that could cause adverse reactions?

Just some thoughts,

It could be Crohn's. There is an associated arthritis and all sorts of problems related to the mucous membranes and even skin. There are other possibilities too, but there is a fairly harmless thing you can try until you get to see the GI. Try taking bee propolis capsules. It is a strong antibiotic agent and may be able to clear up the abdominal pains. One common treatment for acute Crohn's problems is antibiotics - usually Flagyl (metronitazole) or cipro. Propolis also has an anti-inflammatory effect and that is the other common initial treatment (5-ASA or pentasa). If you cannot find propolis, turmeric capsules have similar action.
