I often have a low grade fever when my Crohn's is flaring, but right now I have a 102 fever and no other symptoms of illness. Could a fever this high be from Crohn's?

yes it seems we do get that sometimes. inflamation makes heat. if it persists till your dr is open you may want to give a call.

I was told that you will get a low fever with inflammation.

The doctor told me not to take ibuprofen as it can cause flares and to take tylenol instead. That should help cut down the fever.
