I am not getting enough fresh fruits/veggies. I have recently begun making things like cucumber/yogurt soup and gazpacho, and essentially blending it until it is like a smoothie. Tastes great, and seems to be easy to digest. ANy suggestions about getting in those nutrients? Are beans and broccoli (gas producing) better or worse?
thanks

It's all individual and can change with "the drop of a hat." I too am having a VERY difficult time with fresh fruit and with vegies of any sort. I'm wondering about scurvy too! Ha! There have been a lot of good diet posts on this forum--worth a good search. As for beans--NO WAY for me!

i've just about given up on trying to figure out what foods are good/bad for me. i've pinpointed a few that ALWAYS give me issues (lettuce for example) but for the most part, its so inconsistent i just get frustrated and say F-IT i'm just eating whatever i want. :)
