Did Humira kick in overnight or did you notice a gradual onset of relief?

I'm on day 69 and while I feel better than I did last spring, I still have terrible D, some cramping, and my r-v fistula is awful. I'm trying to give it til the end of October but this is about as gradual as you can get.
