I think I spelled that wrong, Has anyone ever tried this for their achy joints? I worked today for about 6 hours and I was in so much pain by 1pm that I could have cried, I had to have my husband bring my flipflops and I came home in all the rain we had in them because it was more comfy to wear them then my sneakers. I know I ineed to get to my dr which I am going to call my primary on Monday and start with him but this is getting so much worse and I am at the end so I figured maybe I could try this to see if it will help at all.
Thanks for your opinions.

.

I managed a health food shop for 4 years before my current job and I can tell you that my customers (including my father) had wonderful results from Glucosamine/ Chondroitin.  The brands that were best tolerated by my customers were: Enzematic Therapy, Country Life and Kal.

I found this link for you:

http://ww2.arthritis.org/conditions/alttherapies/Glucosamine.asp

I read though the page quickly and it seems that there would be some risk to you considering your surgeries and Crohn’s.  It wouldn’t hurt to ask the doctor about it though or nutritionist.
