Tomorrow I am doing a 21 mile bike ride that should have 500+ people in it. I am a wimpy, yet enthusiastic rider. When my guts were horribly painful, walking hurt, but biking didn't, so I bought a comfort bike and love it a lot. think of me and hope I make it. hugs, yp   turn

Wow, I'm a little jealous. I know I couldn't do a long bike ride that, at least not in my current condition. More power to you!!! I hope you have wonderful weather and exceptions company along your ride.

thanks everybody...I did it! I walked up one huge hill, but rode the rest. I thought you should all know that there are crohnies out there who luck out and get feeling good. I am blessed and I am very aware of that after being really sick for 2 years.
now I am going to nap! yp

Gee Whiz! Well DONE!!!! boy , I don't think I could have walked up the hill without falling flat on my a... or face which ever was nearest to the ground at the time. ! You are amazing! and an inspiration !
Go out and buy yourself something special ... a pin or earrings or something to commemorate the occasion. When someone compliments on your new earrings you say: " OH ! I got those after finishing the 21 BIKE RIDE!!!!!" and every body will be amazed all over again.... milk it for all its worth darling!
Much love
