I was wondering if anyone tends to have a certain time of the day where you find you have this occur more common than others? I tend to wake up ok...I eat a light lunch and maybe have some gas and bloating but night is the worst for me. It doesnt seem to happen immediatly following eating but an hour to 3 after dinner. The pain from it is intense.
Dx with Crohn's 1987, symptoms as early as 1984.
Temp iliostomy February 2007, reversed June 2007, Ovarian cysts, migraines, allergies (incl food allergies) , oral allergy syndrome (diff than true food allergies), Asthma, Gall Bladder removed 1999, Inguenal hernia 1987

I feel my best when I first get out of bed. Then ok through the afternoon which is when I tend to get really tired and at times can barely hold my eyes open. I usually feel my worst after dinner and before bed. I guess it's just from eating all day.
~Never officially diagnosed~
Appendectomy in 2001. Appendix perforated & gangrenous. Had pain off and on for 3 years prior. This is where all my trouble started.
Hospitalized in August 2005 with a bowel obstruction.
Colonoscopy showed definite colitis, SBFT showed narrowing of the Ileum and a possible fistula.
Both tests came back as consistent with CD.
2nd bowel obstruction February 2008. Got through it at home.
Currently not on CD meds. Following a low~residue diet and taking fish oil daily and Align probiotics daily.

Yep, i agree totally.  Getting up is the best time of the day for me.  From then on, depending what i eat it's all down hill.  It is soooo uncomfortable. Sometimes it looks like i am pregnant and i can't wait to get home to put on my comfy's. Mine was never as bad as it has been after my second resection.  Sometimes i could just scream.  Seems to be getting a bit better since i went gluten free.  Not 100% but better.  Also trying to give up sugar ( not so easy ) to see if that too will help.  But i totally hear you.  The noises too.

all my gas and bloating is in the evenings. i cant pinpoint a particular food, but believe it may be caused by too much raw veggies, leafy greens, or yogurt. so i watch my consumption of those things. of course some days are better than others and some days i dont know what my body is doing. par for the course right?

i can see some abs in the morning so that is neat-o!
