* Basic chores - do dishes (done), dry dishes, shower, tidying, vacuum / wash one floor, 15 minutes gardening
* Friday chores - change sheets on bed
* Get methotrexate injection, which will probably knock me sideways for a few days - just what I need right now. rolleyes
* Get a hair cut
* Make stock

If I'm really good I'll have the basic chores done by the time the nurse comes to do the mtx injection, and then I can dash down the street immediately afterwards and get some errands done before the methotrexate kicks in. I have a long list of errands to do, but I won't post them here.

* Crohn's and fibro care - exercise (I must do this, as I didn't do any yesterday), stretching x 3, strengthening, meds.

Good luck to everyone,

Ivy.

Well, it is thursday night here and a gremlin has destroyed my remote so I have no television-they can't replace it for ten days and off the shelf universals won't work. ARGH.
On the other hand I have completed and sent the extra information asked for in regards to the possible contract work. YEAH ME!!
Everything else seems to have been pushed aside.
So tomorrow I teach, and I need to call the guy about the contract. After that a long walk and declutter a surface.
Ivy thanks for the good thoughts.

Don't joke about the sleeping bug. Did you hear about the sleeping virus that people developed after the Spanish flu epidemic?

Anyway, Jo, I hope you feel better soon. You too, sj, and sorry about your remote.

I just had to tell some more people.

I got the interview for that contract. It's this Saturday. The guy doing the hiring was so impressed by my letter detailing my professional philosophy that he wants to use it in his behavior modification class for his other employees, parents and other professionals.

Doing the Happy Dance.

Oh wow, sj! That's fantastic! I'm so happy for you!

My 4.30 pm update - it has started :-(. 6 times in the toilet before lunch, and it would have continued all afternoon had I not taken some meds to get me out of the house. 6 is still pretty mild for me, but still, it's frustrating... especially as it has hit sooner than I thought it would.

I've had my mtx and done errands down the street, changed the sheets, done two loads of washing and had a hair cut. No exercise, stretching or strengthening yet - not sure if it will happen. The house is a mess and I *must* make an effort to get it tidier.

Best wishes to everyone; Jo, I hope you've had a good rest and that you're feeling better by the time you see this.
