Hi all, ive been diagnosed with Crohn's in May, and have since been on steroids. I seem to have gained alot of facial hair, i was wondering if it will go away...or should i start waxing it?

It will go away once you taper off of the steroids. Until then, wax, shave, or whatever method you prefer. In any case, don't worry. It isn't permanent :)

I have it too. While mine is light in color, under the right lighting it shows very nicely. I never lost it as I was on pred so much at a very young age. To be honest with you, I shave. I don't like depilatory creams because I don't want those toxic chemicals on my face. So, I shave it every morning, or sometimes every other, cos it's not heavy. It's just embarrassing.
