I have a friend coming round for afternoon tea today, so

* basic chores - make bed (done), do dishes, shower, 1 floor. No gardening because it's bleak
* last-minute tidying so it looks purty here
* Thursday chores - 1 load washing, ironing, mending
* devotions
* Crohn's & fibro care - exercise, stretching x 3, strengthening, meds.

That's it for today. Bonus points if I do anything else.

Ivy.

My pacting today...
Went to the Pre-admission clinic to be interviewed for my skin cancer removal next week I was in and out as I was the second appt. for the day so that was good
vacuum
mop floors
more basic chores
Ivy - you described how I feel each day too, I blame the MTX and the pred for this! The book Im reading is called The Book of Names - its fiction - I have enough of reality lol. Enjoy your afternoon tea Ivy.
Have a good day everyone

I have been working then coming home to work on curriculum for the seminar I am teaching for the company I just signed a contract with-this seminar will actually be the first work I do for them and te owner of the company is their co-teaching with me. (talk about stress).
Anyway that means I have been doing no pacting and probably won't for a few days-my life is hectic.

My major pact for tomorrow is to not call my pcp an idiot to her face. Even if I do have to explain auto-immune disorders, immune suppressing drugs, and yes augmentin is a penicillian and no I can't take it.
I make no other promises to myself-I get bonus points if I actually call my rhuemy and ask advice about the mtx while I am recovering from this awful long lasting won't go away infection.
