* Basic chores - do dishes, tidying, 1 floor, 15 minutes gardening
* Friday chores - change sheets on bed
* Get methotrexate injection. I'm so frustrated. I started to recover some energy at 3pm yesterday afternoon. I get about sixteen hours without mtx side effects before I have to start all over again, and most of that time was spent asleep. mad
* devotions
* Crohn's & fibro care - exercise, stretching x 3, strengthening, meds.

* And - use my down-time productively so I stop getting so annoyed at myself
* And - phone a friend

Bonus points if I wander down the street, just for the fun of mingling in the real world. No guilt if it doen't happen, though: I don't know how the Crohn's will behave today.

Wow..it's Friday for you and I am so jealous! I know you really aren't any further ahead, but it just sounds so good becuase I am traveling this week for work.

For Friday...
Up at 5 am and repack suitcase to go home, then go to the office
7am - 10:30 do a bunch of work before I leave for the airport
10:30-noon...pray I get to the airport on time and don't need the potty before I get thru security
Fly home losing an hour in time zones
4pm: reboot up the laptop and finish whatever I missed while flying
6pm: CRASH on the couch!
Dx'd '90 (emergency rupture), symptoms ignored long before that, '03 fistulas and bad flagyl reactions, B12 weekly, Pentasa [until I surrender to the bigger meds]
I'm riding on the escalator of life....

Well, thursday night here. I did not call my GP and idiot. She said "I basically don't like you being on so many antibiotics." I said-I'm on four immune suppressents-that's what happens.
She gave me leviquin for 7 days and told me not to take mtx until I have been symptom free for 72 hours (I dont' know that I will let her make that decision-perhaps its time to call my rhuemy). Then she said if that doesn't work she is sending me to an ENT.

My pact for tomorrow is to survive the new antibiotic, get my hair cut and write my part of the training curriculum for saturday. Then I am going to stay with my family for the weekend as other wise my pregnanat sister will be alone (she hates being alone and she doesnt' feel well) and they are much closer to where the seminar is so will get me an extra hours sleep in the morning.
I may not be on her tomorrow much so my pact for saturday is to impress the new boss and do a fantastic job teaching.
