This might sound like a strange question....  Can you tell by your stool or the frequency if your having trouble absorbing nutrition?
I have recently, signifacantly, increased frequency of the D.  Pretty much everytime in even have to pee, I also have to D.  Let me aplogize in advance, I swear it looks like there is a lot of undigested things included.
Does anyone know if you can tell by this?
Thanks for your help

Hair and nails, yup! Also, if you take a time release medication. If you have malabsorption you will see it magically appear in the toilet!(lol)
