First of all, take a big breath. You've done the right thing in getting the c'scopy and endo done, because now you're half-way towards getting some answers and treatment.
My understanding of perianal disease is that your Crohn's is active in the very lower part of your bowel - around your rectum and anus. (I hope someone with perianal disease will come along and correct me if I'm wrong, and share their experiences with you). Often it can be treated with antibiotics or topical meds, or with the biologic meds.
What I'm trying to say is don't panic
. You may not need surgery - you may just need some different meds.
