Today I want to regain focus, because I've been drifting.

* basic chores - make bed (done), shower (done), do dishes, tidying, 1 floor. No gardening because it's raining.
* Monday chores - clean bathroom and toilet
* Crohn's & fibro care - exercise, stretching x 3, strengthening, meds.

Focus pacts
* meditate
* devotions
* phone someone
* spend some time outside
* do something creative
* read
* write

Bonus points if I go to the movies, but that will depend on how the Crohn's behaves. And if I get occupied doing fun things at home I mightn't want to, anyway.

So, I have been pacting only sporadically because I have been so busy with starting a new contract while maintaining my old ones that I haven't had a lot of computer time. I'm back now though at least for a while.
So, Monday, take all my meds including using the saline-trying to really kill this infection so I can have my mtx back.
Work all day
Start my billing
do some laundry.

That will be enough.
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.

Im late pacting today because I got stuck right into what I needed to have done which was....
load car with donations from all the cupboards I have cleaned(only two to go yeh)
drop off donations to big charity warehouse near my home
go to butchers and fruit shop near said warehouse
now I am relaxing the afternoon before having to prepare dinner.
My muscles are weary from all the bags and boxes I carried so will try for a soak in the bath after dinner.

4 pm. I've cleaned half the bathroom, done most of the basic chores, and have done all my exercise. I've also done some reading and writing.

I've spent no time outside because it is FREEZING today, and blowing a gale. It's a good day to stay inside and be busy.

I'm stuck into a creative job - cutting out some patterns for a pair of pjs I want to make - so phoning people etc can wait for another day. My main pact for today was to get stuck into *something* that would stop me feeling so boring, and I have, so that's good and enough for today.

Jo, congratulations on cleaning out all those cupboards *and* on getting the stuff to the op shop. It's hard work hauling stuff around, so congrats.
