* basic chores - make bed, do dishes, tidying, 1 floor, 15 minutes gardening
* Thursday chores - laundry, ironing, mending
* Crohn's & fibro care - some exercise, some stretching, some strengthening. Take meds.
* and - try not to eat heaps of sugar, which is what I tend to do when the Crohn's starts to get bad.
* and - phone someone (done)
* and - cook something
Today - well, this morning anyway - seems to be turning into a total couch / tv / book day, so my final pact is to try to use and enjoy (!) this down time by reconnecting with some of my hobbies and interests, instead of just mindlessly staring at junk on tv or surfing the net.
