idea  I was wondering if any of ya'll would like to start a Crohn's chat on certain days.  Ther is a place to go at the bottom of the site.  I looked at the calender and there are chats for prostate cancer and lupus, but none for Crohn's.  Just curious if anyone would be interested.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure this forum did have official Crohn's chats once or twice a week before. I'm sure others can recall that this is true. But none have seem to be going on right now. So I'm definately in favor of at least organizing a once a week chat, perhaps on a Sunday afternoon, as most folks have this time off. Maybe a forum moderator could organize this more officially??

There were only two people to respond, so I guess no one here is interested. Does anyone know of another site to chat live? Thanks!

Hi gail! at the bottom of the forum below members on line, there's Chat Room. Just click on it and it takes you to a log in site. You have to enter user name and password and pick a site (choose Crohn's). That's it, if you want to try now I'll go there and you can make sure it works before tonight!

Please know that chat will kick you out on a regular basis. Please make it a game to see who can get back in chat first.

Sounds great to me! Looks like I missed this one though. Unfortunately, I was away from the site for a few days.

How would I get in on a live chat. Was the first one a success? And will you be doing again!??? Please keep me posted!

Thanks so much,

LOVEPINK turn
I have had Crohn's since I was 21 years old and I am now almost 28....

I am currently on Prednisone and have tired literally every drug available.

Unfortunately, nothing has worked for me. But I will keep on going and trying everything possible!

Also recovering from a blood clot in my lung and of course the blood thinners really messed up my bleeding from my Crohn's....

The chat was great, they were shooting for same time next Tuesday. This time I'm gonna shut up and listen, but I hope everyone can make it. I talk and chat too much. nono Seemed Tuesday was a better day than Sundays.

mountain time 7:00 p.m.
central time 8:00 p.m.
east coast 9:00 p.m.
I know it is late for east coaster's but I would like for it to be available for those on the west coast.
