Prepping for the ole colon scope, I should get some sort of frequent scope points and earn rewards!  Anyway I got the Dr. to give me the tablet prep so I didn't have to choke down the nasty drink stuff.  My instructions are kind of vague so I want some input.  They indicate to take the first set of pills the night prior to the scope starting at 6 PM.  The next dose is to be taken the morning of the scope.  I am scheduled to go in at 7:00 AM.  How early do you think I should start taking the morning dose.  I remember last time I didn't start early enough and I was crapping when it time to leave for the hospital so I was late checking in.

They clean you out as good as any other prep. You take 4 pills every 15 minutes with 8oz glass of water 5 times. Usually start going within an hour or two of taking the pills. Then you repeat the process in the morning with the 12 remaining pills.
