Today I am storing energy for work this pm, so will only do the basic tidying.
Wow Ivy, a social life! What's that like?lol
Got some good news last night - my brother and his wife are having a baby - YEH - finally I will be an Aunt - I thought I would be a Nanna before they ever got around to making me an Aunt! Cant wait to hold a baby again (especially one that you can give back when they cry lol).
Have a good day everyone
Enjoy your afternoon tea Ivy

Jo, I love the giving them back when they cry part. My beuatiful baby neice just started college and her 16 year old brother won't be far behind her. Lucky for me they have a three year old and a one year old (next week) brother. My other sister is pregnant with her first.

I worked today and took the dog for a long walk started some laundry.
tomorrow I need to teach my class, get some basic groceries, do more laundry and tackle the kitchen.

Bonus points if I take a couple of bags of stuff to the salvation army.

Aaaaaaah, methotrexate. Bye-bye energy.

So far today I've done the breakfast dishes, had the injection, had a shower, dehaired (well, sort of) and half-finished changing the sheets. That's it. Will be going to afternoon tea shortly and, I hope, might have more energy to tackle things afterwards.

I am online (again) to see if there is any news from the city doctors, and there's *still* nothing! Argh. Grrr, even.

Lovely news about your brother, Jo. sj, you're doing super things there.

Ivy, I just took my methotrexate too-it doesn't sap my energy now that I take so much folic acid but I am on a relatively low dose-I like what it does by day two or three.

Enjoy your afternoon tea.

What dose are you on, sj?

I'm back from afternoon tea, which was heaps of fun. And I've done most of the basic chores, except for the evening meds, the stretching and the strengthening.

Pacts for the next few hours:
* make stock
* do the lunch dishes
* 3x5 minutes tidying

Ivy - Glad you had fun at your afternoon tea, getting out and mixing on a social level is sometimes a great pick-me-up.
Sj - You are lucky to have such a big extended family. especially the littlies, cant wait for baby hugs:)
