* basic chores - make bed, do dishes, 3x5 minutes tidying, 1 floor, 15 minutes gardening
* Tuesday chore - run a duster over the main surfaces so they look clean
* try to - clean the toilet, because I didn't do it yesterday
* exercise, stretching, strengthening, meds

And:
* make rissoles

Bonus points:
* go to church,
* grab some groceries
* exercise out of the house - pool? gym?

I had to work early today, so all pacting went out the window.
Just need to organise dinner and school lunches for tomorrow.

My day has been a joke so far. Fatigue & d etc hit, so I've been dragging myself around, achieving little, and resting between chores with rug / hot water bottle / book / video / All Saints.

Anyway. I've made the rissoles, had a shower, washed half the dishes and made half the bed so far. And it's 4.40 pm. Ridiculous

How are you managing work, Jo? Are you still feeling bruised and battered?
