Just trying to stay afloat again.

* basic chores - make bed, stay on top of dishes, try to get the house a little bit tidier than it is, 5 minutes gardening, shower.
* email the city docs with my symptoms diary (for all the good it will do rolleyes ) (done)
* make a shopping & errands list, in the hope that I'll be a little more mobile once I get my methotrexate injection tomorrow.
* renew library books (done)

Anything else is a bonus:
* laundry? ironing? mending?
* any cleaning?
* write letters?
* do paperwork?

Ivy, I hope you get back on your meds soon-its horrible that they are making you wait.

I really need to start this behavior plan. I need to deliver it friday and I have two additional clients who are just waiting to hear from their insurance plan. Then I will have two more assessments and two more plans to write so I can't put this one off anymore. So that is my pact for this evening and tommorrow.

3.20 pm. I've made the shopping list, showered, made the bed and am *almost* back on top of the dishes. So... that's progress.

Jo, I hope the fridge cleaning isn't too horrible a job. Did you have any luck finding the crab?

Ivy... STILL waiting to hear back from the city doctors (like sands through the hourglass...)
