I have a lot of kiwifruit in my fruit bowl and they're going to go off while I'm on this liquid diet, if I can't work out a way to use them.

I looked up kiwi smoothies online and they said you had to be careful pureeing them with milk, because the enzymes make the whole mixture taste off very quickly. I think they'd be too strong pureed straight.

I'm trying to avoid sugar, so am reluctant to puree them with lemonade etc.

Any ideas?

I don't have a juicer, so a juice is out.

What did you mean by pudding, Navy?

btw, how are you? are you still in hospital?

I am out, but have long scope scheduled for friday.
We had powder base pudding that you can mix with just about anything (not jello pudding cause that needs milk) this is stuff you can mix with water and it is still tastes ok.

Why don't you just puree the kiwi, they are pretty liquidy.

or put them in with ice? IDK if this would work?

Oh, Navy, what a pain. I'm sorry about the scope. There goes another week, right?

You're right about the ice. Perhaps I'll just puree them with a bit of water and then freeze them as icy poles.

Thanks,

Ivy.
